Refund & Return Policy

RETURNS POLICY

At Swamiyo Foundation, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any product purchased directly through our website, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

A return request will only be considered if all of the following conditions are fulfilled:

• The return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the delivery. Any request after this period will not be accepted.

• Customers must provide a complete unboxing video of the package from the moment it is opened. Without an unboxing video, claims regarding damage, missing items, or defects will not be considered.

• Customers must provide their Order ID/Purchase Order Number received at the time of placing the order.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact (if applicable).

Once we review and approve your return request, we will provide further instructions regarding the return process.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please allow 7–14 business days after approval of the refund request for the amount to be credited to your account.
