Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

At Swamiyo Foundation, all orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volumes, processing and delivery timelines may be extended. We request customers to allow additional time for transit. In case of any significant delay in your order shipment, our team will contact you through email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking details.

The tracking information will become active within 24 hours of shipment confirmation.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Swamiyo Foundation is not responsible for products that are damaged or lost during transit after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with supporting details and images/videos of the package and product condition.

Please ensure that all packaging materials and damaged items are safely preserved until the issue is reviewed and resolved.
